WHO WE ARE
Stephanians Soccer Club is a passionate community of footballers, united by our love for the game and a legacy of excellence. Rooted in the rich sporting tradition, we bring together players of all skill levels to compete, grow, and celebrate the spirit of football. Our club fosters teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, both on and off the field. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting, Stephanians Soccer AFC welcomes you to be part of our journey.
The football season in Cape Town typically starts at the beginning of February and completes at the end of September of the year.
Season fees
This is the biggest contributor to the clubs coffers in revenue. However the majority of the members are from a working class and financial disadvantage background and the club struggles to collect sufficient fees to maintain the running of the facility and football club.
Billboard
An initiative that started in 2013, whereby the club has installed at football club expense, the infrastructure of 14 billboards for advertisement. The boards are either sold off as advertisement space over a 12 month period or it is used as a token of thanks and appreciation to generous sponsors and donors.
Hall hire
The clubhouse is hired out to club members and the public on selective days that does not interfere with football at cost benefit rates.

The club has several fundraising events yearly to raise additional income to supplement the maintenance expenses and cost incurred to maintain the facility.

Charity Outreach Project
At present we are supporting and providing membership to youngsters from the disadvantaged Ottery flats area. Over the years we have supported other disadvantaged areas such as Parkwood, Lotus River, Grassy Park, Kewtown and Hanover Park.
