How do you handle conflicts or disagreements within the team? Number one to address conflict early do not let small issues escalate and address disagreements as soon as they arise. Number two to listen to all perspectives and identify the source of the issues, and focus on the problem, not personalities. Thirdly to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinions and concerns without fear of judgment.
What are your goals for the club in the upcoming season? To adapt a winning attitude to make the players believe they can win in any situation, setting goals together with our Exco and Coaches to strengthen our teams.

What do you think sets Stephanian Ottery AFC apart from other clubs? Like I said earlier, Stephanian Ottery is a family oriented and community football club from various cultures renowned for developing young talent and one of the largest amateur clubs in the Western Cape.
