Micayla’s journey in football fitness and rehabilitation is nothing short of inspiring. With a strong foundation in sport-specific conditioning and injury prevention, she has worked tirelessly to keep players at their peak. Her experience spans across youth and amateur divisions, helping countless athletes recover from injuries and return stronger than ever.

Her impressive résumé includes:

Greenwood Athletic – Super League, 1st Team, U19 Bayhill Team (2014–2017)

Hout Bay United Football Community – 3rd Division (2015–2016)

Micayla believes in a proactive approach to injury prevention and evidence-based rehabilitation. Her mission? To ensure players are not only physically ready but mentally confident to perform at their best. She treats every athlete holistically, focusing on movement quality, strength, recovery, and mindset — because true performance starts from within.

Favorite Football Memory

Micayla’s football journey is filled with unforgettable moments, but two stand out:

Being featured in the “Road to Success” Olympic documentary alongside Matthew Booth in 2016 while working with Hout Bay United.

Winning the Regional Men’s League playoffs and reaching the Coke Semi-finals, a testament to her dedication and expertise.
