Stephanian Ottery AFC Members Shape the Future at Successful AGM
Stephanian Ottery AFC held a successful Annual General Meeting (AGM), bringing together members who remain committed to the growth, governance, and future success of the club.
On behalf of the Executive Committee, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended the AGM. Your participation, input, and support are invaluable as we continue building a stronger and more sustainable club for future generations.
During the meeting, members considered and approved several constitutional amendments aimed at strengthening the club's governance structures and ensuring the long-term sustainability of Stephanian Ottery AFC. Members also discussed and approved the club subscription structure for the 2027 football season.
2027 Club Subscriptions Approved
To maintain the financial wellbeing of the club and continue investing in quality facilities, equipment, development programmes, and opportunities for our players, the following annual subscription rates were approved for the 2027 season:
Minis & Juniors: R1,200 per player
Seniors: R1,500 per player
Non-Playing Members: R300 per member
We thank all members for their understanding and continued support as we work together to ensure the club remains financially sustainable and capable of providing the best possible environment for our players.

As I begin my term as Chairman of Stephanian Ottery AFC, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Bradley Searle for his leadership, commitment, and dedication over the past few years.
Thank you for the countless hours you have invested in our club and for helping guide Stephanian Ottery AFC through both challenges and successes. Your contribution has left a lasting impact on our football family, and you have certainly earned a well-deserved break.
To the newly elected Executive Committee, our work begins immediately. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue building on the proud history and traditions of Stephanian Ottery AFC.
